    Founder & Owner

    With a passion for great food and hospitality, Brian has been a cornerstone of the local dining scene for years. As the longtime owner of two beloved pizza shops in the Corinth and Lake Luzerne area, he’s been serving up quality meals since opening his first restaurant at just 22 years old. You can still find him running the line at Rocco’s in Corinth, ensuring every dish meets his high standards. Now, Brian is channeling that same dedication into making Northway Catering Co. the premier catering service in the region—bringing exceptional flavors and heartfelt service to every event.

  • Peggy Armendola

    Front of House Manager & Bride and Groom Specialist

    With a background in analysis and a passion for hospitality, Peggy brings organization and professionalism to every event. As Northway Catering’s Front of House Manager and Bride and Groom Specialist, she ensures that every couple’s special day runs smoothly, handling the details with care and precision. For Peggy, working weddings and events isn’t just a job—it’s about creating unforgettable moments. She takes pride in delivering exceptional service and making every event seamless. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating memories, and taking long walks with her dog, Dobby.

    Server & Kitchen Assistant

    With over 15 years of experience running his own business, Jeremy understands the importance of hard work and precision. At Northway Catering, he plays a key role in both the kitchen and service, making sure every event runs efficiently and guests are well taken care of. Dedicated and always willing to lend a hand, he takes pride in delivering great food and service. When he’s not working, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors.

    Front of House

    Beth brings years of experience in customer service and hospitality, ensuring every Northway Catering event runs smoothly. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to exceptional service, she helps create a welcoming and seamless dining experience for guests. Outside of catering, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and kayaking during the warmer months.

    Server

    With a background in fitness and a passion for fast-paced environments, Amanda brings energy and precision to every event. As a CrossFit coach and fitness enthusiast, she thrives in the dynamic world of catering, ensuring every guest is served with efficiency and care. What she loves most about Northway Catering is being part of a team that helps create unforgettable moments. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two teenage boys.
